City Cycle
  
  Except for the considerable stop and go caused by the many stoplights on the route, the test cycle is a nonstop test. There is also some interstate travel with this route usually we can run this in 10 hour shifts twice daily we can accumulate about 400 miles per day.  
     
 
Delivery Cycle
  
  These routes involves a lot of stop and go traffic there are many stoplights and considerable idling We have designated stops to turn the engine off and to restart. We can usually run this test cycle in 10 hour shifts twice daily we can usually accumulate about 200 miles per day. We test for durability, reliability, product failure, safety concerns, and fuel economy verification  
     
 
Trailer Tow
  
  Real World Testing refers to this as the “LAP OF THE MIDWEST”. This lap is 525 miles long which requires 10 hours to complete the route consists of flat level ground and hills. We start in Indiana and go south to Kentucky and back to Indiana. There are a lot of interstate highways and 2 lane country roads on this route. We test for fuel economy, reliability, durability, with a heavy load for a long period of time. Also we check for product failure, safety concerns and update on product performance.
  
     
 
Off Highway - Hoosier National Forest
  
  This lap consists of two runs through the Hoosier nation forest. We can run three shifts per day. Each shift takes about 7 and one half hours to complete. The road has many curves and hills through Brown County. About 20 miles of the road is gravel. The balance is paved. There are two creeks to ford. Each shift can accumulate approximately 180 miles. We test for durability, reliability, product failure, safety concerns, and fuel economy verification.
