Durability Testing
 
  Durable products are those that remain usable for a long period in spite of hard wear and frequent use or those that meet customer expectations for long periods of time. Changes to the utilization of a product or modification of critical components of the product can impact durability. Test plans for durability testing by Real World Testing are developed in consultation with the customer. Vehicle test parameters including loading, road conditions, speeds, weather and test duration are determined jointly with the cutomer for the testing.  
 
 
 
Reliability Testing
 
  Reliable automotive products are dependable. All components continue to function as expected until the instrumented controls or gauges indicate the need for servicing or maintenance. Changes to utilization of a product or modification of critical components of the product can impact reliability. Test plans for reliability testing at Real World Testing are developed in consultation with the customer. Vehicle test parameters including the number of starts and stops, accessory usage, load speeds and road conditions are determined jointly with the customer for the testing.  
 
 
 
Product Failure Information
 
  Automotive testing for Product Failure Information - When the cause of a product failure cannot be determined by analysis of the failed assembly or component, automotive testing may be required to identify the operational conditions leading to the failure. Test plans for further testing at Real World Testing to determine the cause of such failures are developed in consultation with the customer.  
     
 
Product Update Performance
 
 
Automotive testing for Product Update Performance - Updated components and products are expected to perform as well or better than the replaced products. Test plans to measure the performance of updated component and products at Real World Testing are developed in consultation with the customer.
 
     
 
Safety Concerns
 
 

The manufacturers of vehicle, components and accessory equipment provide safety information with manuals, placards warning lights and buzzers. The location and effectiveness of safety information and devices should maintain the safety awareness of the driver. Frequent checking of the devices by the driver or maintenance personnel should be easy to perform.

 
  All of our drivers are DOT approved and meet all federal requirements - We do drug testing on our drivers, have safety meetings, train our driver's and we comply with all safety issues the customer provides.  
 
 
 
Fuel Economy Verification
 
  Fuel consumption of vehicles can be affected by speed, loading, climate and terrain. Vehicle servicing and maintenance can also impact consumption.Test plans for checking fuel consumption at Real World Testing are developed in consultation with the customer.
